& Teens
These sessions are designed to support creativity, confidence, and connection in a relaxed group setting.
Each session begins with a short settling activity, such as a grounding game, gentle breathing, or a simple creative prompt. Participants then move into individual art-making, working on their own pieces while creating alongside others.
We explore a variety of materials and processes, including:
Painting and drawing
Collage and mixed media
Clay and sculptural materials
Sensory and process-based art activities
Activities are open-ended and flexible, allowing children and teens to work at their own pace and in their own way. There is no expectation for artworks to look a certain way — you can’t get art wrong.
Sessions usually finish with an optional sharing or reflection time. Most weeks, participants will take their artwork home.

6-10 year olds Art Group
A group for 6-10 year old who love to create. Spend time exploring a variety materials and methods and at the same time, connect with yourself and your peers. All materials are provided.
When: Mondays from 5pm-6pm
Start date: Monday the 2nd of March
Cost: $30 per session. $120 for a four week block
10-14 year olds Art Group
A group for 10-14 year old to explore and create. We will use a variety of media and methods and by doing so, connect more deeply to ourselves and those around us. All materials are provided.
When: Mondays from 6:30pm-7:30pm
Start date: Monday the 2nd of March
Cost: $30 per session. $120 for a four week block
14-18 year olds Art Group
A group for older teenagers. A chance to explore a variety of materials and media and by doing so, connect more deeply with themselves and those around them.
When: Wednesdays from 7pm-8:30pm
Start date: Wednesday the 4thof March
Cost: $40 per session. $160 for a four week block
