Terms and Conditions

By booking and participating in a Create to Connect group art session, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings & Payment

  • All bookings must be made in advance through the website or booking platform.

  • Payment is required to secure a place in a group.

  • Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations & Missed Sessions

  • Payments are non-refundable for missed sessions.

  • If you are unable to attend a session, please let us know as soon as possible.

  • Where available, make-up sessions may be offered at the discretion of Create to Connect, but are not guaranteed.

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind, illness, or scheduling conflicts.

Program Changes

  • Create to Connect reserves the right to make changes to session dates, facilitators, or materials if necessary.

  • In the unlikely event that a session or group is cancelled by Create to Connect, participants will be offered a rescheduled session or credit.

Participation & Safety

  • Group art sessions involve the use of art materials such as paint, drawing tools, scissors, and clay.

  • Participants take part at their own risk and are encouraged to work within their own comfort and ability levels.

  • Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring children are suitable for a group environment and can follow basic safety instructions.

  1. Health & Wellbeing

    • Create to Connect offers process-based group art sessions, not clinical therapy or counselling.

    • These sessions are not a substitute for professional mental health support.

    • If you or your child have specific medical, behavioural, or support needs, please contact us before booking to discuss suitability.

  2. Liability

    • Create to Connect takes reasonable care to provide a safe and supportive environment.

    • To the extent permitted by law, Create to Connect is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained while participating in sessions or while on the premises.

    • Participants (or parents/guardians) accept responsibility for their own wellbeing and personal belongings.

  3. Artwork & Materials

    • Participants will usually take their artwork home at the end of sessions.

    • Create to Connect is not responsible for damage to clothing or personal items during art activities.

  4. Photography & Media

    • From time to time, photos or short videos may be taken for promotional purposes.

    • Faces will not be shared without consent.

    • If you do not wish for yourself or your child to be included in images, please let us know in writing.

  5. Behaviour

    • Respectful behaviour towards facilitators, participants, and the space is expected at all times.

    • Create to Connect reserves the right to withdraw participation if behaviour compromises safety or the experience of others.

  6. Acceptance of Terms

    • By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
